So I email, with no receipt or anything indicating they received it, and wait. I call again a few days later. We don't have your email. I email again, call immediately to ensure it's been received (what's with the email thing anyway; don't most companies have a contact form with an immediate confirmation email with a tracking number?). Finally I get the hardware in the mail, three no cover for the post. Whatever; I'm so sick of it all I'll live with the bare post. The second one finally arrives and the box looks just as bad, but luckily everything was in this... Don't order this chair untill the company does a better job on packaging and shipping! |
